DUELING CLASS
Basic Information
Headmaster Wilson will be holding Basic and Advanced Dueling classes for O.W.L. and N.E.W.T. level students, starting from the academic year 2032/2033. Dueling is a merit-based elective course that does not fall into the regular class schedule and does, therefore, not hinder students in choosing other elective courses.
Classes will be held twice a month, on the second and third Wednesday of each month at 19.00 (Basic Level) and on the second and third Friday of each month at 21.00 (Advanced Level).
All students who wish to apply should send a written request to the Headmaster's Office before the first class starts. In order to apply for Basic Level classes, a student must be in his fourth or fifth year (O.W.L. Level) and have passed his Defence Against the Dark Arts and Charms Basic Level classes with at least an Exceeds Expectations (E) grade. In order to apply for Advanced Level classes, a student must have attended and passed the Basic Level Dueling classes with an Outstanding (O) grade, must be in his sixth or seventh year (N.E.W.T. Level) and have passed his Defence Against the Dark Arts and Charms O.W.L. Level exams with at least an Exceeds Expectations (E) grade. The students will be notified about the result of their application in written form.
The number of position is not limited, but the criteria are fixed. In case of any questions or misunderstandings, feel free to contact Headmaster Wilson at his office during his usual working hours.
